What are the shipping terms?
As part of our shipping terms, we charge a flat shipping fee to ship the bags to any country in the world. Your item will be carefully wrapped by our packaging team to make sure it arrives in a good condition.
Occasionally we have a sale or promotion that allows you to forego the price of shipping. Sign up to our newsletter so you get the latest updates about new items and such promotions.
We use global EMS packages to send you your ordered bags. We provide you with a tracking code so you’re able to check the progress of your order. Please note that updates on the global tracking are out of our control and in our experience may be delayed by a couple days as their systems update.
How do I return an item?
We hope you are delighted with the items you receive from us, however we understand that it may become necessary to return a product. Please ensure you read and understand these terms before purchasing a product from the website. glittersneaker.com Ltd. cannot be held responsible for failure to do so.
If you wish to cancel or return an item, you must first notify us by email within 7 days, from the receipt of delivered goods. Details of any return requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
All returns must be mediated and authorised by glittersneaker.com Ltd.
We request that all goods are returned directly to us within 14 days of the date of cancellation. Returns received outside this time scale are accepted at our discretion and are therefore not guaranteed.
All goods returned must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You need to obtain proof of return posting, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges, the customer is also responsible for any return shipping charges. For items which qualified for Free Shipping, the item cost minus standard shipping charges will be refunded.
Refunds or exchanges will be completed immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, permitting you have followed all of the timeframes and return conditions as listed above. A refund will only be issued once items have been received in their original, undamaged condition
Please note that if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, any refund will be credited back to that account.
The current Shipping Terms dictate that in case of faulty or damaged goods, you will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the product and return delivery. You must not dispose of or destroy any faulty products until return arrangements have been discussed with us. It is the customer’s responsibility to refuse to accept and sign for goods which appear to have been damaged in transit.
